Pros: The staff were very friendly, kind and supportive Cons: The room is in a very poor condition. Not well kept. Stains all over the walls, foul smell, too many mosquitoes in the room, and no bathroom door

Value for Money

Pros: The staff were very warm and kind. I was served by a very nice lady. The location is near the Airport and against traffic. Everything you need is within reach. The rooms are clean. They also accommodated the fact that my flight was an early evening one and allowed i check out a bit later. I will always book with them when coming back to nairobi Cons: Just that wifi didn't work in my room on that day. But seems it does work. Fortunately, there are many cheap wifi options in the vicinity.
