Pros: The property. The pools Cons: A bit far from the city area. Like Berjaya Pavilion otherwise it was fine

Pros: The room was exceptionally clean and the facilities were good. There were washing machines so I did not have to bring extra clothes. Cons: The rooms need a bidet like the ones that are now common in Japanese and Taiwanese hotels instead of just the 'bum gun'.

Pros: The facilities are superb. I like the game room and swimming pool. Parking is easily accessible. I love the hotel location which is near the recreational park. Cons: No mirror in the bedroom. No complimentary coffee and tea. Please use a smart TV that can access YouTube, Netflix, etc. It would be nice if customers could get at least 2 free breakfasts.
