Amazing hotel in an amazing city.
Pros: Everything, great location away from the busy tourist area but easy to walk into town. Pool is amazing, what an incredible view. Beds were comfortable, staff were so helpful… we will be back Cons: I’m being picky here but the shower was very slippery, that is my only criticism.
Slept very well in a lovely fresh and comfortable bed, air con was great and room very quiet.
Excellent location. Staff all helpful and very polite. Lots of surfaces in rooms for cases.

Extremely well appointed hotel with excellent facilities and outstanding staff.
Pros: Excellent facilities with extremely helpful and friendly staff. The location is ideal, a 15 minute stroll to the Duomo and Florence centre yet a very quiet location. The rooftop pool is a welcome bonus in the summer. We had a problem with our toilet and it was sorted within 10 minutes of us contacting the reception team. We celebrated our wedding anniversary with a meal in the hotel restaurant, which served delicious Tuscan food and had an excellent selection of Italian wines. This was our third stay in the hotel and we will be staying there again when we return to Florence in future. Co
