Pros: We stayed 3 nights. The staff was amazing! Especially the receptionist was really helpful. We really enjoyed. The hotel is really clean comfortable and elegant. The bed is so comfortable. Cons: I don’t have that much. Only there was smelling dishes in the hotel corridors. This is not good I think they should take care of the ventilation system. And also swimming pool can be bigger. Current one is really nice but not enough.
Pros: Nice small hotel with stylish rooms and large green territory in a quite neighborhood on the elevated part of the city. Big comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast. Attentive staff. Cons: There are some hotel industry standards when it comes to the check-in and check-out time. Check-in usually starts between 14 and 15, check-out - 11 and 12. Here it is 15.30 (untill 19.00) and 10.30 which is quite restrictive (even for a boutique hotel). In the description of the hotel you can find bicycle rental among activities. In the reality, you can’t rent them in the hotel (only in the city of Spa).
