Pros: the garden where i had my coffee every morning was so beautiful! Cons: A/C in the room was expected--the picture had a/c on the internet

Quite disappointing
Pros: Gardens were very nice and staff was excellent and helpful. Cons: Breakfast was totally substandard. We ordered 2 dishes and by the time the 2nd was brought (at least 5 minutes later) the first was cold. Bad, watery coffee. The room: the sink in the bathroom took 5 minutes to get warm water so we had to waste so much water till it warmed up. The spout on the faucet sprayed water all over when you opened it. Lighting was so dim in the bathroom that you could barely see yourself in the mirror to shave, etc. The room was stuffy because you couldn't open the window to get fresh air/no s

Super nice family run hotel, clean and perfectly located. Totally recommended!

Bel endroit, personnel peut mieux faire
Pros: Endroit magnifique, avec des belles cours intérieures tres fleuries à deux pas de la place santo domingo. Chambres spacieuses avec une tres bonne literies. Les nuits sont fraîches - pas la peine de prendre une chambre avec climatiseur. Cons: Personnel pas très dispo. Quand j'ai demandé des infos sur les possibilités de stationnement dans le quartier, ils ont répondu qu'ils ne pouvaient pas m'aider. Je suis resté perplexe face à cette réponse. Par ailleurs peu ou pas de contacts, mais aucune proposition de conseil de leur part.
