Pros: The staff at this hotel is wonderful—very friendly, helpful, and generous enough to upgrade our room Cons: Our experience at Le Bois de Bruges fell far below expectations. The room was not properly cleaned and felt neglected. On top of the hygiene issues, the quality of the bedding was dreadful—cheap, worn-out sheets and terrible pillows that made sleeping very difficult. Cleanliness and comfortable bedding should be standard, but unfortunately, this hotel did not deliver."
