If you're lucky, it's good, but not this time

Pros: Cleanliness Cons: Check-in took a long time - 20 minutes until someone came. Room under the roof very warm, curtain hanging down, towels missing. Food selection and quality.

Once is enough...

Pros: 2 rooms for 4 people (2 adults + 2 kids) is incredibly practical, therefore price-performance ratio good. Equipment for 2 nights okay, but the huge visitor gap takes some getting used to. Cons: A bottle of water is definitely a must for me - this was not available in any of our rooms. At breakfast, almost everything was always empty - despite the efforts of the staff (maybe 2 people are too few in a full house?). Reception was not staffed during the stay (check-in via the restaurant). When an employee comes out of the kitchen in a tank top - and goes back in - it puts you off the food...
