Perfect location and excellent staff.
Pros: The staff were so welcoming, pleasant and helpful. Location of hotel is excellent, it is just across from the train station. It is also within walking distance to the lake, shops and old town. Cons: Nothing - everything was good

Pros: Sijainti aseman vieressä. Tosin itse hotellin sijainti on erikoinen yhdessä kerroksessa liikehuoneistojen välissä. Aamiaiselle oli huoneen ovelta 1,5 metriä. Cons: Äänekäs puhallin huoneessa kierrätti kuumaa huoneilmaa ja nukkuminen mahdotonta. Ei siis ilmastointi. Kalusteet tasoa (ja osin oikeasti)Ikea ja sisustus ihan ympäriinsä niin epäyhtenäiset, että on vaikea päästä hotellifiilikseen. Epäsiisti ja jopa patjasta löytyi tahroja. Erityishuomio aamiaiselle, joka oli erittäin kapea ja halpatuotteilla koottu ja kun juustotkin on levitetty tarjottimelle harvaan, tulee fiilis että aine
