Pros: We absolutely loved our stay at Hôtel Les Armures. The location in the heart of Geneva’s Old Town is exceptional, the hotel is beautiful and full of character, and the atmosphere is elegant and welcoming. Our room was very comfortable and impeccably clean. The staff were wonderful — professional, attentive and genuinely kind. Everything was perfect and we would be very happy to return. Cons: Nothing. Everything fully met our expectations.

Perfect place for a city trip to Geneva

Beautiful boutique Hotel, excellent staff and traditional Swiss restaurant. Located in the middle of the old town of Geneva, few steps away from the cathedral and the lake. Great ambience in a luxury surrounding.

Not so good

Service wasn’t friendly at all and the rooms were small. AC didn’t work so well. Sound-proofing was abysmal. Front desk seemed not too aware of SLH’s partnership with Hilton. In room dinner and breakfast wasn’t so good.

Couldn’t have asked for more. It was perfect.

Pros: I loved the welcome from The Reception Staff - so charming - made me feel a valued guest. Cons: Nothing
