Pros: Nice hotel Cons: No fridge in room. Very hot in Geneva and no mini fridge is not good enough. If you have medication to keep in a cool place it's not possible. Put at least complementary water bottles during high temperature

Pros: Location, bed, wardrobe, breakfast. Cons: Air conditioning did not work properly throughout the stay, even after repeated maintenance requests.
Excellent hotel, location, and staff
The location was excellent, easy to get to my meetings. The staff -- especially Nicholas & Merriam -- were exceptionally helpful. My only regret in filling out this questionnaire is that too many other people will want to stay at this hotel and then I won't be able to get a room for myself.

Pros: Best location. Convenient to the city, station, and airport with just one bus. Cons: No refrigerator in the room (it is possible to ask at the front desk to put it in the refrigerator. The service is very good). The key was stiff and difficult to open and close. The TV did not work.
