Great location, nice employees, but hallways and lobby could use an update
Pros: Great location and the rooms were updated Cons: Hallway rugs were dirty, and hallway were a little dinged up. TV didn't work at all and couldn't stream.

It was fine and staff is responsive to our needs.
Pros: Location and previous stays at Lincoln Hotel makes it familiar. Allows us to bring our dog. Cons: Not quite as clean one set of towels. Had to go to front desk for bedding . Hot in the hallways and loud pounding music from the rooftop bar . Room wasn’t ready and had to settle for a different room at check in
We fell in love with Lincoln Park
The room was small but well equipped and the lake view and view of the surrounding area was nice. We loved the roof top bar and the complimentary beverages, and coffee the next morning.

Would not recommend. For the price, the hotel was old and rundown. Sink and shower drains did not work properly. Wall A/C units turned on and off all night waking me up. And there was no cold water from any faucet, only hot. My friend on the 3rd floor had the same issue.
