Nice until check out

Cons: When checking out they said we didn’t pay and owed 3875 euro. I showed proof and they still said no. They were very insistent . Several gals paid another 750 E until I finally begged them to call booking.com. Then the clerk said I was correct and refunded the money. It was embarrassing and nerve racking for me as the group leader.
