Very nice but but not exceptional

Pros: A beautiful hotel well maintained. First class. Cons: A few minor issue that let down the stay. Tv remote not working, fixed but had to remind staff not return to my room. Safe in room not working. Minor issues but if you want to be the best it’s these minor issues that make difference

Pros: Un séjour fantastique ! Un immense merci à tous les membres de l’hôtel qui ont largement contribué au bon déroulement de notre séjour. Une pensée toute particulière pour M. Joël et Mme Caroline, qui accomplissent un travail exceptionnel et dont la disponibilité, la gentillesse et les petites attentions ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable.
