Late evening overnight stay for older couple traveling.

This very large older hotel converted to economical hotel still in larger Kansas City. Directly across interstate 70 from the Chiefs/Royals stadiums. This property is isolated with No Other businesses around where anyone could WALK for a meal. That was a Big Dissappointment to us! BUT, the room was comfortable, clean and quiet! Also the complimentary breakfast was very nice. ALL staff were very friendly and accommodating. The ONLY reason we wouldn’t stop again is it was too close to the big city with a lot of road construction.

I’ve been here twice, the first time they failed to clean up our room, we had to ask multiple times for our room to be clean and I believe got breakfast wasn’t an option my most recent stay I tired to see if we could have a later check out because they made my check in at 4pm and I needed to stay later but they just left me on hold and never answered my question, breakfast was bland and gross, and I left my AirPods not even a hour later I asked if I could check to see if they were because they are not cheap the receptionist said housekeeping didn’t see them which is bullcrap because I left the
