A really comfortable well run hotel in a great neighbourhood.
Pros: The location; the entry lounge, the pleasant staff Cons: As comfortable as the room was, it could do with updating.

Another great stay.
Another excellent stay in this wonderful hotel in a great neighborhood. And we love Nice Matin, where we have had innumerable delightful breakfasts and several perfect dinners.

It’s nice and hopefully will get renovated
Pros: It’s located in a nice, safe neighborhood close to museums and central park. Very close to the 2/3 subway lines that really makes travel comfortable. The room is huge for NYC! Cons: No fridge, old AC makes tons of noise, not 100% clean but after a day outside it’s not horrible just could be cleaned better. The elevators (2) are so slow it almost feels like torture
