Kleines feines Hotel in zentraler Lage mit super freundlichem aufmerksamem Personal.
Pros: Das Frühstück war hervorragend ! Für jeden sicherlich was passendes dabei! Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Zimmer sauber und ordentlich. Hotel in zentraler Lage und Fußläufig ist alles perfekt erreichbar Cons: Vielleicht lässt es sich einrichten das auf den Zimmern ein paar Getränke vorhanden sind. Ein zwei Flaschen Wasser zum Beispiel.Ansonsten war wirklich alles gut. Kommen sicherlich wieder

Pros: Ein superfreundlicher Empfang, ein sehr aufmerksames Personal und für uns eine optimale Lage. Das Zimmer war mit einer Klimaanlage, was die Nacht bei großer Hitze sehr angenehm machte. Rollläden von außen waren für uns super. Die Koffer konnten wir bis zur Abreise an der Rezeption lassen. Die Chefin war uns bei Nachfragen zu unser Reise sogar behilflich. Cons: Wir hatten nichts zu beanstanden.

Un. Tout petit hôtel, bien situé, avec un personnel fantastique.
Pros: La gentillesse du personnel : les dames du petit déjeuner, toujours souriante, prête à rendre service. L’accueil qui nous a permis de garder la chambre jusqu’au départ de notre train. La propreté de la chambre. Nous étions au rez-de-chaussée, nous avions la chance d’avoir des fleurs aux fenêtres. Cons: Les matelas étaient mous. L’un d’entre eux avait des problèmes de ressort.

Charming hotel near Cologne Station
Very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast and excellent location. Very good Italian restaurant - Mangia e Vai a couple of minutes away. Nice to be able to walk to the Rhine
