Centre of many things but didn’t like it because of too many stairs and difficult for old people to come to reception.
Pros: Good location and in the center of everything shops, trains and buses. Cons: Too many stairs especially you have a big family with suitcases and no staff availability when you need them.

Pros: The place is clean and well maintained internally. Cons: The hotel faces one of the worst streets in all Hamburg (probably in all Europe). Expect people consuming drugs or being drunk in front of the hotel entrance.
