Perfect stay, worth the high price paid per night
Everything perfect, comfort service just missing some fruits at breakfast, however, due to the winter season, it is difficult to have an abundance of fruits
Cost is too high and there are too many restrictions, extra costs are passed on to the guest
Pros: Location, cleanliness, rooms are large and spacious Cons: Rooms facing the hotel front are too noisy, windows are not properly soundproofed. It was winter but the rooms are hot at night if the window is kept open, it is too noisy. If not windy, there is a smell of car pollution. The air conditioning system is centrally controlled and either cold or hot, which was not working. This made me really upset as a guest, as I should decide my room temperature, not the hotel management. They charge for coffee capsules, and it is very expensive. Only two bottles of free drinking water are provided
