Pros: J ai aime la proximité dans le centre. Personnel très souriant et professionnel. Par contre j ai eu une mésaventure dans cet hôtel. C est pas nécessairement la faute à l Hotel - mais devrait avoir une sécurité des IN et OUT de l hôtel. En étant au petit déjeuner - j ai déposé mon sac sur la table face a une salle pleine de clients et touriste. Pendant que je me servait au buffet une dame - face à mes yeux ouvrait mon sac et se servait - elle avait pris mon gsm - porte-monnaie - je l ai prise en direct - elle a tous déposée et a fuit directement. Pros: Posizione eccezionale, la pulizia, anche la camera sebbene sia un po datata.
Cons: Staff poco disposto ad essere comprensibile per noi che parliamo solo l italiano, poca empatia.
