Very very disappointed
Pros: Location Cons: Put on to the 4th floor in an attic room.Stairs horrendous very steep told when we got to the room no towels were available! Told we hope they arrive tonight! I have stayed here many times before but I didn’t recognise the place? Maybe a change of ownership staff not obliging at all Should be 1 star stay at your own peril
