Great location, nice facilities, friendly staff.

Pros: 10 min walk to the Dumo. Elegant decoration. Great facilities. Cons: Narrow and dim alley. May not be safe in the night.

The staff are brilliant.

Pros: The staff were excellent and sorted out immediately the only problem I had on this most recent visit. Cons: The Aircon wasn’t working in my room. They asked me to change rooms to solve the problem and permitted me to leave my possessions in the original room.

Pros: Location Cons: Idid not like the service for the porter or who carry the bag he refused to carry my bag to the car and he did not listen to request from the recipient the gentleman in the reception helped me to carry my bags to the car it was bad service from the porter and affect the name of mamzoni hotel

Elegant and comfortable property in the heart of the top shopping district, very walkable to La Scala and the Galleria.

Pros: Excellent location, elegant hotel, nicely maintained and with a good and friendly staff. Cons: The room was on the small side though still comfortable, and the breakfast is a bit pricey.
