Cons: I had not the best experience with this hotel. * I called the hotel and started speaking English. The staff immediately hung up. When I called again and started in Korean first, they finally spoke with me. * Before booking, I was told by phone that the swimming pool would be available to everyone staying in the room. After check-in, I found out they only provide three pool coupons, one per person. * In the evening, I was told that a swimming cap was mandatory for the outdoor pool. Pros: Very kind and attentive staffs from the front desk to the room service. The hot water in the bathroom is strong and fast. The harbor view of the window from our room is relaxing. Cons: The controlling panel for a/c is not working well.
