Hotel posizionato nel centro della città, camere ampie e personale molto disponibile.
Pros: Gentilezza del personale, posizione, rapporto qualità prezzo. Cons: Avevamo una camera con molto odore di umido ma sono riusciti gentilmente a cambiarci di camera.

Great location, breakfast, and staff, but showers and hotel a bit cold.
Pros: Great location. Really great breakfast. Friendly staff. Cons: The water was never hot enough, even when giving the staff notice of wanting a hot shower. The design of the shower was not very good, water would get all over the bathroom leaving the room smelling damp. The overall hotel was quite cold, although the bedroom was warm.

Pros: Ubicación muy buena, muy cerca de la Plaza de Armas y de San Blas, con multitud de restaurantes, cafeterías y tiendas alrededor. Aunque la calle es peatonal y en cuesta, no fue un problema para nosotros. Destacamos especialmente la atención del personal, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Nos prepararon un lunch box con agua para las excursiones que empezaban de madrugada y tuvieron en cuenta nuestras peticiones. Perfect
We really loved the location, as the hotel is just a one-minute walk from the center of Cusco. We also appreciated having tea available 24/7. The best surprise, though, was the breakfast service. Since many of our activities started very early in the morning, the hotel prepared breakfast boxes for us to take along. This was incredibly thoughtful and convenient, and made our early starts much easier. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!
