The hotel and spa are excellent, the location is great, but what really makes this hotel stand out are the staff. Each staff member is exceptionally thoughtful and caring about the guest experience, making this a truly top-notch choice.

There is no need to look any further! A lovely old hotel with a great location - a little removed from the hustle and bustle of town but very close! A wonderful, accommodating staff, beautiful grounds, nice bar, great restaurant and a waiting vehicle to take you to wherever you would like - in a big valley like Chamonix that is very valuable. We stayed at two other locations and now that we know, we will never stay anywhere else! Enjoy
