Amazing stay, excellent place to be.
It is a very nice hotel. Beautiful inside and out. Great location - right on the main square and about 20 meters from the Gondola to lift up for skiing, all the shopping was right there. All the amazing restaurants we’ve been to were maximum 5 minutes away walking. I give the hotel i5 stars, we had a wonderful time. The staff, I see a lot of people note that, and I agree- makes a big difference. They all seem very genuine, caring and very friendly. From the reception to the valet guys, to waiters and cleaning staff- they all behave like it is their mission to make your stay a pleasant one. I

The best ski hotel with the best staff!
We stayed at this hotel as a family of 6. All of us thought that this is probably the most welcoming hotel we have recently stayed at. The service that this hotel provides was up to 5+ stars. Laurine (maybe I spelled it incorrectly) was the first one to meet us when we arrived and her kindness, dedication, professionalism and genuine desire to be of help set the right mood about this hotel. Butlers, door bell guys, all of them were so helpful, smiled, always asked if they can help. I haven’t seen such eagerness to help from the hotel staff for a while.
