Terrible customer service
Location wasn’t really central, the rooms and decor were fine. The reception staff are terrible, basic requests like ordering a taxi, asking for an extra pillow are treated with disdain. Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered in any Italian hotel. These good reviews must be a joke I regret booking with them and won’t be relying on TripAdvisor reviews ever again.
