El personal y el servicio fueron increíbles. ¡Todos fueron muy serviciales y amables! Aunque el área alrededor del hotel es un gran inconveniente, recomiendo alojarse debido a un servicio increíble.

Como mencionaron otros, el hotel estaba muy limpio y el personal era excepcional. Las habitaciones eran de buen tamaño, las camas eran cómodas y el aire acondicionado funcionaba bien. Como esta fue nuestra primera estancia, recibimos un traslado gratuito al aeropuerto, fueron muy amables al ofrecernos frutas frescas, galletas y las bebidas en la mini nevera también eran gratuitas... había muchas botellas de agua gratis y todo esto fue muy apreciado. Realmente sentimos que nos cuidaron bien. La única desventaja era que el entorno alrededor del hotel podría ser mejor, pero es Bombay con barrios

La propiedad es genial pero el área alrededor es muy sucia y de barrios marginales. Si estás de acuerdo, lo recomendaría mucho.
