Pros: The welcome and kindness of the reception staff... the cleanliness and comfortable state of the room... Cons: During this heatwave, I had to leave the windows open, with the noise of cars and machines in the morning, happiness was noisy. I would have liked to have a small fan in the room, as there is no air conditioning, although we should not blame them too much, it's just a moment.

The location is crucial!

Pros: Location and very friendly staff. Cons: My personal impression: The beds, or rather the mattresses, are too soft and often slip because they are just placed on top!
