10/10 Would recommend!
The room was very comfortable and cozy. The breakfast was also much better than we expected! As a foreigner in Korea, this breakfast was more of the western continental breakfast I'm used to, which was a nice surprise. The location was nice, and the neighborhood was peaceful. The staff were also SO friendly and helpful! I would definitely recommend this hotel to others wanting to stay in Ulsan near the ocean.
Great value for money, hope to visit again
Pros: The facilities seemed a bit old, but they were really well-maintained and the staff, whether they were employees or the owner, were extremely kind. Most importantly, having an electric vehicle charging station was great. Cons: It would be nice to replace the toilet seat covers. They are too old and completely faded in color. The hotel name is Ocean View, but you can only see a tiny bit of the sea, which was disappointing. Oh, and it would be nice to have cup noodles for breakfast.

Pros: The American-style breakfast was okay. It was quiet as there were many accommodations nearby and not many guests. It was interesting to see many foreigners?! Cons: There is only one elevator, so Koreans with an impatient nature might find it frustrating. (However, since there weren't many guests, there was no need to wait long.)
