Most staff were great but we were denied early access to the room even though multiple rooms of the same were available
Pros: Clean, quality, high class environment Cons: Lost its value for the overall experience. The cost doesn’t reflect and cannot be justified for the lackluster experience from the staff and frequently closed amenities.
