Best birthday Weekend✨
Hotel Okura is truly one of the best places I have ever had the pleasure of staying at. From the moment you step in, the ambiance immediately makes you feel welcomed and transported into a world of elegance, comfort, and tranquility. Every detail feels thoughtfully considered, and the entire atmosphere is simply beautiful.

I will comeback again.
Pros: Location is perfect! Cons: Nothing to like about! It’s perfect! The size of the room. How clean it was. It’s just amazing!

Most staff were great but we were denied early access to the room even though multiple rooms of the same were available
Pros: Clean, quality, high class environment Cons: Lost its value for the overall experience. The cost doesn’t reflect and cannot be justified for the lackluster experience from the staff and frequently closed amenities.
