Pros: First of all, the staff at this hotel were the friendliest, most helpful, most knowledgeable we encountered during our 2 week trip. The hotel is BEAUTIFUL - capital letters on purpose. Elegant, beautiful, historical. There's a Miro in the lobby and other stunning pieces of art everywhere. It is clear that time and attention went into the renovation. Breakfast is well worth the price. Authentically Spanish with lots of options in a gorgeous setting. It felt like breakfast in a real palace :) Location! The staff was amazing and helpful and the hotel was nice, I would book it again when visiting Madrid.
Pros: The hotel is located so close to walkable attractions, restaurants and shopping. Cons: The interior rooms, I booked 3, we were assigned were very small and nothing like the pictures I saw when booking. To me the room price didn’t match the level of room I was expecting.
