A COMPLETE SCAM OF A HOTEL!!!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! A TRUE NIGHTMARE!!!

Cons: AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS! COMPLETELY MISLEADING & RUINED THE START OF OUR FIRST LAKE COMO WEEKEND: I have never written a bad review, but this experience was so disappointing that I feel I need to warn other travellers. I booked their largest “suite” with a “balcony,” plus the advertised “private dinner” & “private hot tub,” as a romantic surprise for my boyfriend. We arrived during a June heatwave & discovered the hotel has NO AIR CONDITIONING. Our tiny “suite” was around 33°C inside with ONE small tabletop fan. Pros: Belle vue sur le lac uniquement de la terrasse Cons: Hôtel très difficile d’accès avec 10km de route très étroite en lacets avec une clientèle de ce fait captive Chambres exiguës avec deco vieillissante et hors de prix 350€ sans aucune vue

Una vista incantata

Pros: Di questa struttura mi è piaciuto tutto, la piscina , le camere ma soprattutto il ristorante con una vista che già solo quella basta. Personale molto gentile e accogliente. Tutto perfetto. Grazie mille ☺️ Cons: Nulla
