Hotel Park Ave NYC

Pros: Staff friendly and accommodating. Cons: Beds were not comfortable at all. Overall nice ambiance

Beautiful hotel that we would consider returning to due to the location, room decor, and overall kindness of the staff.

Pros: Beautiful property with great restaurant amenities onsite. Rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable. The complimentary waters and snacks in the mini bar were a welcome return each day. Cons: Our AC went out the last day of our stay and in spite of reporting it to the hotel, it was not fixed. Our room reached 80 degrees inside overnight and it was even hotter the next morning once the sun started hitting it.

Minimalist, good location, friendly staff, only book on higher floors with balcony facing Park Ave

Pros: Friendly staff, especially Bailey he was extremely helpful with everything. Thank you again. Cons: Rooms facing the side streets have no view, felt older, especially their bathrooms a bit used and dirty. We changed rooms to high level with balcony facing Park Ave with an amazing view, which was more polished and had clean bathrooms completely different.

Solid hotel in great location.

Pros: Location is great, the room was nicely appointed although small at the price point. The rooftop restaurant and bar is very nice Cons: Room was quite small even though I upgraded. But it was comfortable.

Disruptive. They need to warn you about the restaurant music or make adjustments.

Pros: Location and nice staff. Cons: My room was right over the restaurant and so the boom boom boom of the restaurant's music was unending for seven hours. No way to escape it in my room.
