We stayed here for 8 nights and honestly couldn’t fault the hotel! ⭐️ The staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The food was amazing, with so much choice and a great selection of themed nights. There was always something going on, both during the day and in the evening, so there was never a dull moment. The pool and surrounding area were spotless, with the pool cleaned and disinfected every night. Our room was clean, comfortable and well looked after. The location was ideal — far enough away from the nightlife to enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep, but close enough

Need to focus on consistency & standards then the cosmetics

28th July 2026. Our second visit to the hotel as a family of 10 ranging from ages 79 to 5 months old. The visit was partly due to the last visit which was our last group family holiday in September 2023 before my dad passed away and having had a good holiday his wish for us to do it again. We stayed for two weeks in three 1 bed and one 2 two bedroom apartments on an all inclusive basis. As previously the apartments are large and of a good standard both in terms of facilities and cleanliness, cleaned every day and provided everything we needed. Brilliant hotel

We stayed here in July 26 as a family of 4,With teenage girls I may add,The hotels location is spot on it’s a few minutes walk to golden mile and all the beaches ,a few moments away from Bars,Shops and restaurants. The hotel was amazing very clean and staff very friendly.our room was a 2 bedroom apartment that served us well,plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 teenage girls. so the air con fans worked brilliantly we put them on reverse and it quickly cooled us down no need for us to buy a aircon unit from a 3rd party and we stayed in a heatwave at 38c most days.once you close the patio/balcony

Not bad, middle of the road

Had a great time, no major issues, don't listen to the negative reviews. Rooms Spacious, clean and fairly modern. TV in living area with netflix which is handy when kids are chilling. No issues. Yes no air-con but with plenty of air flow through it was ok. Pool area Pool is big enough and area kept clean. However the usual, come 8am the majority of sun beds have been reserved with towels with no-one present. Restaurant and AI The quality of food was fine and we always found something we liked. Unlike other hotels we've been to it didn't feel like feeding time at the zoo which was nice. N
