Pros: Good value for money, comfortable mattresses, good level of cleanliness, and a good price for Berlin. It is located in a quiet area with shops and restaurants nearby, and is within a short distance of major shopping streets and tourist attractions. A major advantage is having a metro station just a few steps away. Cons: This time there were no face towels. When we checked in there was only one started roll of toilet paper and the next day no new one was added. For three people and if someone has stomach problems, it's not good! Ein sehr angenehmes Erlebnis, ohne Komplikationen.

Der Herr an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hat mit Interesse unsere Fragen beantwortet. Auch hat er uns mögliche Varianten und Möglichkeiten für Restaurants, Kaffees und Bistors bekanntgegeben. Ein sehr sehr angenehmer und sympathischer Mensch! Ps: das Personal hat Kenntnisse mehreren Sprachen, was den Aufenthalt bzw die Kommunikation noch angenehmer macht.
