Disappointing for what it claims to be.
Pros: Good location right in the heart of downtown. Cons: For the price I paid, the room wasn’t very good. It was a NY sized room at NY prices which shouldn’t be the case in KC. And it didn’t have a fridge which is a pretty standard thing to have in any hotel of that caliber.

Would definitely stay here again!
Pros: Love the character of this hotel!! Location is perfect—away from all the action but close enough to walk to all the action! Rooms are comfy but could use a little touch-up. Staff was great. Cons: Speakeasy was hopping but drinks weren’t that good.

We had a great stay. The staff, restaurants, and location were fantastic.
Pros: We enjoyed the look of the hotel Cons: The beds were a bit too soft for our likings
