Cons: Unfortunately a very bad experience. The room was so warm that I didn't sleep all night. When I mentioned this to the manager, I was told that the indicated temperature came from the towel warmer in the bathroom. However, it was not even on, so that explanation was not convincing at all. What was particularly disappointing was the nonchalant reaction: no serious follow-up and no compensation at all. As far as I'm concerned, a hotel only needs to do one thing really well: make sure you can sleep. That didn't work here, and the handling only made it worse.

Excellent stay in a great location!
Pros: Great breakfast, spacious and very clean room, and very friendly staff. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the train station.
Cons: Nothing – we had a very pleasant stay.

Cons: A negative is the 18CHF surcharge for in-room dining
Cons: A negative is the 18CHF surcharge for in-room dining. It’s the first hotel I have been to that charges extra for just the delivery and on top it’s a bit of a negligible amount. If I had a wish, I would ask for this fee to be voided.
