Nice hotel in a good area of Mexico City
Pros: It was my third time at this hotel and I am still satisfied with the service, room comfort, and breakfast. The location is usually central and very convenient to get anywhere. Cons: Everything is fine

Acceptable
Pros: They were very friendly and it was very clean. The location is good for the historic center Cons: The noise from the air conditioning makes it difficult to sleep and the waiting time for breakfast. The area where it is located is good due to its proximity but the surroundings feel unsafe.

Pros: The location Cons: They never provided the free breakfasts they promise. The towels are very worn out

Cons: THE RECEPTION STAFF, RUDE, ROUGH, I THINK THE HOTEL DESERVES FOR THE QUALITY, A FRIENDLY STAFF, THE ONE WHO ATTENDED US. AS IF WITHOUT DESIRE, NOT LOOKING INTO THE EYES WHEN SPEAKING WITH HIM, VERY MECHANIZED HIS WORK. I THINK THEY CAN IMPROVE ON THAT.
