Pros: Posizione perfetta, centrale ma non caotica, e a un passo dalla stazione di Sao Bento. Il personale è estremamente gentile, educato e disponibile. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo inconveniente con la pulizia della stanza, si sono scusati si sono prontamente attivati per risolverlo. Il giorno successivo ci hanno portato un biglietto di scuse e una confezione di cioccolato. Considerando la posizione e il periodo, il prezzo era molto conveniente. Consigliatissimo. Cons: Personalmente, non amo la moquette nelle stanze di albergo
