I stayed in the Annex building, but the Wi-Fi was painfully slow to the point where it was impossible to work. The room guide mentioned that there are slow times, but it was consistently slow in the evening and late at night.
The atmosphere was stylish, and the staff were very polite
The atmosphere was stylish, and the staff were very polite. The room was very clean, and I was happy that the shower and toilet were separate. It's connected to a cafe, and I could relax in the cafe until 8 p.m., which was a blissful time. Highly recommended for solo travelers. I would like to stay here again.
I want to stay again
I thought it was simple, eco-friendly, and clean, showing one way hotels should be in the future. The coffee in the cafe was excellent. The breakfast was delicious, and the space was inviting enough to stay for hours.

Hotel was located less than 5 minutes from the orange subway line and 2 stops from Odori. Family Mart and 24-hour supermarket all within walking distance. Amazing rooms albeit a little small (usual for Sapporo). Walls are a little thin so bring earplugs!
Comfortable to stay
I stayed with 2 children. Minimal amenities provided, bathroom and toilet are separate. Two semi-double beds. The location is a bit away from central Sapporo but in a residential area, so it's quiet. The hotel has a cafe, and while there are few dining options around, there are supermarkets, convenience stores, drugstores, and coin laundry nearby. The staff were all young and very friendly. The drip coffee was delicious. Boiling water with tap water here didn't have any odor, and the coffee tasted smooth.
