Pros: Hotel is super nice, staff is helpful, they even let us in our room earlier considering I had a massive headache and didn't sleep the previous night, that was a lifesaving moment

Cons: The pool was very disappointing.. specifically chose this hotel despite the higher price for the pool. Totally not worth it! The pool was barely 70cm deep.. a kiddie pool for an adults-only hotel? A bit strange. No sunbeds at all and very minimal.

Pros: Honestly everything, super convenient location, great staff, comfortable rooms - I would book here in a heartbeat!
