Honesty for €11
Cons: As a guest at Hotel Regina, I had an unpleasant experience that, for me, is no longer about €11. It is about how a hotel treats its guests when a problem arises.
Breakfast was included in the price of our room. In the morning, my partner was unable to come down for breakfast, so I asked the breakfast staff whether I could take his breakfast up to the room.
I then spoke with an English-speaking member of staff. I explained to her that breakfast was already included in our room rate. She understood this and told me to sign the paper, but clearly confirmed that the amount would not be cha

Pros: Très bon séjour dans l’hôtel Regina, le personnel était super sympa, je recommande fortement cet hôtel. Il est super bien situé, proche de restaurants, commerce, avenue avec tous les magasins.
Cons: Petit bémol pour la vue court qui n’est pas très belle

Pros: The room was big and very nice.
The hotel is very beautiful
Pros: The room was big and very nice.
The hotel is very beautiful. The service is good , the stuff are smiling and talk English so it's very helpful . The location is very good.
Cons: The bathroom: the sink was too big, that there was no place to put things next to it.
There was a lot of noise of doors closing in hard noise.. so we couldn't sleep at noon like we planned to do..also beside my room was service room that make a lot of noise also noise of bottles..
Besides this we were having fun

Location, rooms and staff.
We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Regina. The hotel is beautiful and perfectly located in the heart of Barcelona, in a very convenient and strategic position for exploring the city on foot.
What really stood out was the staff: everyone was extremely professional, welcoming, courteous and always ready to help. The hotel is exceptionally clean and very well maintained, with great attention to detail throughout.
The level of service was truly outstanding and made our stay particularly enjoyable. A great combination of location, comfort, cleanliness and excellent hospi
