Pros: The location and the price are very good. Rooms are completely okay, beds comfortable, and the staff super nice. There are complimentary hot drinks in the lobby. Cons: An air conditioner in the room would have been a dream, especially in the summer.
Pros: The rooms and the staff are great. Unfortunately, in one week, no room service came for cleaning. Cons: I find it relatively expensive considering there is no breakfast.

Pros: Good location in Sankt Augustin and very friendly staff. Free coffee. Cons: The vending machine only contained non-alcoholic soft drinks.
Pros: Location was good because I needed something close to the university campus. Cons: The hotel also serves as student housing and temporary lodging; the reception area feels like a chaotic lobby. There were always a lot of foreign guests and students there, and groups of people were smoking outside. The room was fairly large, cleanliness was average, and coffee and tea at the reception were free.
