My trip was to take an exam. The reception staff is very friendly, they quickly and efficiently solved what I needed. I was very comfortable and very calm.

Pros: The location, cleanliness, and friendliness of the staff make this hotel highly recommended. It is evident that it is a family-run hotel and they take care of it with great attention. The stay has been very comfortable. Cons: I have not found any faults.

A short but lovely stay

Pros: The woman who attended us was charming. The room was very clean and beautiful. The facilities and wifi worked perfectly. Cons: The only downside I would mention is that the fridge was not turned on, but it is true that we did not ask to turn it on as it was not essential for us.

Pros: It is a 20-minute walk from the stadium Cons: The staff was quite unpleasant. When we arrived to check in, it seemed like it was the receptionist's first time because it took us a long time. When we arrived the second night, the key did not work and I had to go down to ask for another one. I was calling reception for a long time because there was no one to assist me. Finally, a man came to give us another room. However, at 7 in the morning, they burst into our room and immediately told us that we had to pack everything up in a very rude manner.
