Not nice. I was expecting better.
Pros: The geographical location Cons: Room too small for the price asked. Air conditioning needs to be reviewed. Also the electricity. Some outlets were not working.

We did not stay
Pros: Nothing Cons: A horror, a completely old hotel, the photos are old photos taken several years ago! No air conditioning, run away!!!!

Beautiful location but needs some improvement
Pros: Location was beautiful and the staff excellent Cons: The stay was upset by a change to the booking that was fixed but it took a lot of correspondence. The rooms were very warm despite being air conditioned. It is obviously more set up for functions as the arrival floor was more a function area than a classical hotel lobby. Breakfast was served in a large function room and looked out of place. Food was nice though

Best hotel in Geneva
Best hotel in Geneva. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. I recommend booking the suite overlooking the lake.

Glorious location & a beautiful park with view
A wonderful location with a beautiful park and view of the lake. Staff are so special and made us feel very welcome. Sheik checked us in and was very welcoming & Sara at breakfast helped give us some local tips. Breakfast team were also lovely. It is a residence so there is not someone at the reception desk all the time bit the team can be contacted because it is managed by the metropole.
