A high quality hotel with friendly staff, and a great location. Small rooms but good value.
Pros: Great location, friendly staff, nice design, quiet rooms, cute extras like the Maiko show in the lobby every evening. Cons: The room was really small and there was very limited storage. No space to store our luggage and almost no space to move around the room. We were offered a free stay for our son and, while the bed was big enough for all three of us, the room was extremely cramped and really not at all suitable for three people.
Lovely stay, would book again next time.
Pros: Clean, super nice location and good shower. Nice toiletries. Room is small, but has everything you need. Cons: The room is only cleaned once every three days.
Nice room with a huge bed (not common in Japan)! New towels and tea set every day, but room service only every 3 days (we had to accumulate a lot of trash)
