Good except for the early morning noise from deliveries
Pros: True to the pictures and good location Cons: Our street-view room is very noisy from Thursday morning at 5:30. Garbage truck and multiple other delivery vans that ruined our sleep very early due to the noise. Unfortunately unbearable

Cozy hotel in the heart of Evian.
Pros: Fantastic location, close to everything, beautiful and spacious room, hotel restaurant with good drinks and food. Cons: During the heatwave, the absence of air conditioning was a bit uncomfortable, not because of the heat itself, as it cools down at night, but because the window needed to be open to cool down and street noise and light would come in. For me and my friend, the discomfort was minimal as we were able to sleep even in adverse situations, but for those who have trouble sleeping, I think it could be a big problem.
