A very disappointing stay due to the unreasonable delay in returning my €350 deposit.
I had a very disappointing experience. We stayed at the apartment for one night at the end of June and were required to pay a €350 security deposit. It is now August, and I still have not received my deposit back. The property keeps telling me that the refund was processed, but no money has appeared in my bank account, and I have not been provided with satisfactory proof of payment. I would appreciate Booking.com investigating this matter and helping me recover my €350 deposit as soon as possible.
