Charged for my own Cocktails
Pros: I loved the hotel, room and location. Cons: I didn't like the fact that they charged me for using the mini bar when in fact I came there with my own liquor.

Nice place, on the fence about returning if I cannot get resolution to the questionable charge.
Pros: The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean, well maintained, and spacious. The rooftop bar/restaurant is excellent, staff was friendly, drinks were great. Cons: I had told the front desk that one of the minibar items had been consumed prior to us staying in the room as soon as we checked in. They assured me that they would note this and I would not be charged. When I arrived home a charge was added to my card that I can only assume was the beverage in question. Tried calling them to confirm, and there is no answer at the hotel.
