Lovely hotel
Very nice hotel, very clean and comfortable room. Breakfast offering is very good with a range of options, evening meal was good but some items a little lukewarm. The location is ideal for the old town just a short walk away.
Perfect
Came with friends for cheltenham week. Upon checkin, the room, We found was too small for 3 adults. They moved us free of charge, no questions asked. Extremely helpful receptionist. The hotel is in a very quiet location, away from the hussle and bustle but only a short walk away.. the hotel are happy to call a taxi if required. Room was lovely and clean, towels refreshed daily. Shower was hot with plenty of water pressure, beds comfy and nice squishy pillows. Mini fridge in room, and toiletries provided. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful, and there was always somewhere to sit down.
Nice hotel perfect location
The hotel is very clean and well kept. On arrival we were upgraded to a large family room on the 9th floor. The hotel staff are very helpful and the cleaners do a great job everyday. There is an indoor pool and steam room which is 8 euros for 2hrs (there is a gym but it’s mainly cardio machines). We found the hotel very quiet and was not disturbed during the night. Location - the hotel is in a perfect location, 5 minute walk and your at the food square nice bars and places to eat. 10 minute walk into old town and the same to the beach front. Love the hotel, everything about it. Unfortunately the bar is very poor, ignore customers, preferential service to certain guests. The bar let's the whole hotel down
Brilliant hotel
This was our 7th stay at the Princesa and as usual it was excellent. My only complaint is the smoking situation, they really need to make it clear where the smoking area is as people were smoking at tables that had no smoking signs on and when challenged, said they could smoke anywhere they wanted. The staff are fantastic especially Diego, Jorge and Marina behind the bar. The restaurant has had a little makeover since we were there last year with new tables and chairs which are much better, we think the Princesa is the best hotel in Benidorm and we are back there again in the summer.
